Watermelon = Hydration

Don’t let this rainy weather trick you. Just because the sun isn’t out does not mean you can cut back on hydrating yourself.

Our chosen fruit today is Watermelon. Watermelon has a high water content. How high? Well, it is said that watermelons consist of being 92 percent water.¹ They are full of amino acids and are nutrient rich. Watermelons are a very good source of biotin, carotenoids, vitamins A, B1, B5, B6 and C and copper.

So when you struggle to get your daily intake of water because the temperature has dropped, get creative and explore with fruits that have a high water content and taste great.
