What’s with coconut oil?

Coconut oil is such a versatile ingredient. You can put it in your food, on your skin, on your scalp. It is very nourishing for your hair and can be used as a hair mask. It moisturises your skin thanks to its natural antioxidant properties that help reduce wrinkles and skin irritation. Coconut oil is considered to be a healthy fat with nutritional properties and over the past year or two there has been an upsurge of use of coconut oil in our food.
